قيمت في كنيسة الصليب المقدس و بحضور رعية كنيسة سيدة النجاة مراسيم الاحتفال باحد السعانين و اخر اسبوع من الصوم بحضور كل من الاب
نعمة الله بطرس والاب لوك و السادة الشمامسه حيث تمت مباركة اغصان الزيتون و سعف النخيل بعد اداء ترانيم السعانين, و بعد اداء دورة الصليب حول القاعة قام الحضور بتناول القربان المقدس و اثر انتهاء القداس قام الحضور بتبادل التهاني اثناء الاستراحة قبل العودة مرة ثانيه الى الكنيسه لاداء صلاة النهيرة في الساعة الثالثه و النصف بحضور الاباء و الشمامسه و تمت مباركة الشموع و توزيعها على المصلين بعد اداء الترانيم و قرائة مثل العذارى الحكيمات و مراسيم دخول الصليب

Celebrations for Palm Sunday were held in Holy Cross church by our lady of deliverance parish members marking the beginning of the last week of lent the holy week, the mass was served by Fr. Nimatullah Petros and Fr. Luke Aldren blessing the olive branches after singing the chants, then the believers had the holy communion after doing the lap of the cross around the church hall, with the end of the mass the crowd took a coffee break before returning for the prayer of Nahera at 3:30pm, the prayer started with doing chants then reading the parable of the 10 virgins and doing the Entrance of the cross scene and blessing the candles before they were given to the crowd.
